Series of Activities for Servants Towards the Hereafter (RAHMAT)
Theme: "Maintaining the Dignity of Muslim Youth: Lifestyle and Identity"

Sukabumi – In an effort to shape the character of Muslim youth who are faithful, virtuous, and possess a strong identity amidst the challenges of globalization, the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Social Sciences at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi held the series of activities for Servants Towards the Hereafter on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at Al-UMM UMMI Mosque.
Carrying the theme "Maintaining the Dignity of Muslim Youth: Lifestyle and Identity", this event aims to instill strong Islamic values into the daily lives of the younger generation. "Izzah" in Islam means honor and dignity. Through this theme, the committee seeks to invite the youth to uphold their honor as Muslims, build a lifestyle that aligns with Islamic law, and strengthen their Islamic identity in the face of contemporary challenges.

This Series of Activities for Servants Towards the Hereafter event was filled with a series of inspiring and meaningful activities, including:
• Islamic study session with Ustaz M. Thariq Aziz, an expert in the field,
• Interactive talkshow on Islam and youth lifestyles,
• Sharing session from young dakwah activists,
• Qur'anic recitation and reflection session (tilawah and tadabbur),
• Joint prayer and closing sermon (tausiyah).

The Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi, Dr. Dicky Jhoansyah, MA, in his opening speech, conveyed that this event is part of the campus dakwah (missionary) effort to make students not only intellectually intelligent but also resilient in faith and character. "Today’s youth are the leaders of the ummah (Muslim community) in the future. Therefore, it is important for all of us to maintain our dignity, fortify ourselves with Islamic values, and shape a strong identity based on faith and knowledge," he said.

This Series of Activities for Servants Towards the Hereafter becomes a spiritual moment filled with blessings, as well as a space for reflection for participants to realign their steps towards a more meaningful life, both in this world and the Hereafter. With Allah's permission, may this event become a continuous dakwah spirit and a source of charity.
